Responsible for achieving Sales & CRM Targets Annual, Half yearly & Quarterly revenue planning
Should have experience in all verticals of Sales & Marketing.
Should have Handled B2B, B2C and Channel Partner business in all formats.
Need to lead a team of sales & CRM personnel
Good knowledge of Real Estate Sales promotion, Business development, Market intelligence, competitor tracking & MIS.
Should be experienced in Real Estate industry for a minimum period of 8 to 10 years.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build, lead and manage cross-functional teams in the development and execution of marketing long-term strategies and plans
Proven ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
Excellent influencing, consensus-building, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to initiate and drive innovative/breakthrough strategies and tactics that generate revenue and share gains
Ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to changing business needs/timelines and complete quality assignments on time
