Position: AGM/ Sr. Manager - Branding & Marketing
Experience : 12 - 20 yrs. ( min. 4-5 years in Real Estate )
Qualification : MBA ( Marketing )

Key Responsibilities :
The position has the overall responsibility for carrying out all marketing brand building activities for the Organisation.
Developing marketing sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
Build a sustainable value proposition for the brand and strategize brand communication.
Handle creation and management of marketing collaterals, Advertising, Media and PR functions for the Organisation.
Coordinating with advertising agencies, media planning, managing publicity campaigns, monitoring annual budgets etc.
The incumbent will also be responsible for- Corporate tie-ups Strategic alliances.- Handling PR- Digital Marketing.
Evaluate and recommend marketing plan for local marketing campaigns such as print ad/ outdoor displays/ participation in property exhibitions and road shows, etc.
Coordinate with HOD for the approval and execution of various marketing activities for the region. Review project related content for creatives and drive approval. Monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
Planning & executing all marketing initiatives including preparation of the communication plan and marketing calendar for the projects.
Planning & executing marketing budgets for awareness and generating responses through effective distribution of across the media vehicles such as Print and Outdoor.
Oversaw end-to-end marketing and performance of sales team ranging from brand visibility, lead/prospect creation, lead/prospect management & conversion, sales experience (On Site and Off Site), sales engagement.
Lead reporting on marketing initiatives, including collection and evaluation of tools, KPIs and sharing of best practices.
Development and refinement of marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities and branding in consultation with marketing staff and clients.
Directing market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.
