Manage end-to-end social media presence of the brand and its leaders
Collaborate with internal teams to build content pipeline from both customer acquisition and employer branding perspectives
Work with agency to plan and deliver marketing content on website/social media
Repurpose existing collaterals to engage audience on multiple social media platforms
Plan and execute innovative lead generation/employee engagement campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and report to stakeholders
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance of campaigns based on insights
Contribute to increasing alignment between sales and marketing functions
Be seen as a digital marketing guru, able to promote and sustain a new wave of social media at every level in the organization
Develop a sound knowledge of best practices, document them and share with the relevant communities.
Must have 2+ years of experience in managing social media presence, building content pipeline, and executing online marketing campaigns
Must have experience in writing original and innovative customer-facing content
Understanding of online marketing metrics and analytics platforms
Understanding of HTML/XML/CSS as part of managing website and content management system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Applied knowledge of SEO/website management will be considered a bonus
