Job Description
To plan & develop sales forecast, budget and manpower plans for current & untapped market.
Forecasting on the operational plan - territory wise composition of distributor-wise targets, reach expansion plan, channel correction plan, resource plan etc.
Ensuring that the company meets its market share objectives by exceeding the sales target by 100%.
Monitor secondary sales growth.
Monitoring of the sales collection, contribution, outstanding and the stocks of the inventory on regular basis & ensure that the working capital is been deployed within the norms.
Monitor the Billing Process Product Category V/s Value wise on regular basis and ensure Week wise billing.
Ensure profitability by focusing on the products with high margins & reducing Working Capital (WC).
Ensuring timely liquidation of defective / slow moving / discontinue products
To maintain and nurture good business relations with distributors and ensure long term channel capability per terms and policy.
Monitoring the Territory Head performance periodically, mentor and motivate them in increasing the productivity and taking more responsibilities.
Ensuring adherence of his team to field discipline / reporting norms
To coordinate with Trade Marketing team for timely and effective BTL promotion strategies.
Eliminating the channels complaints and settling them within lead times, as per the norms.
Effectively monitoring & appraising the performance and train them.
Maintaining and updating the pre-planned customer contact plan on territory requirements.
Ensure proper Working Capital management, Contribution before publicity.
Optimize travel, communication, conveyance & miscellaneous expenses.
