Main Objective of the Role: Deliver high quality content and creatives for the online business; own brand aspect of social media and other online properties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own & deliver compelling high-quality creatives and content needed for banners, online ads, landing pages, emailers and all other online campaigns
* Understand brand positioning; Own ORM and other social media properties for the brand and work with the brand & digital teams to drive positivity for the brand
* Own digital marketing best practices and standards; Experiment with new ideas and initiatives
* Experiment with images, videos and other new content formats to drive business goals
* Ensure accuracy in spends management and tracking
* Continuously optimize channels for better CAC & ROI through creatives and content; work closely with the digital team for execution and feedback
* Manage creatives for new and existing patients - lead nurturing & remarketing programs by working closely with Marketing, Product Management and Sales Teams.

Knowledge and Specific Skills:
* Flair for language, content & creatives
* Proven competency with supporting lead generation aligned to business goals
* Innovative, knowledgeable regarding latest approaches and best practices to digital marketing
* Orientation towards social media, email marketing strategy, analytics and handling online support and other issues
* Ability to understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported.
* Experience creating and developing digital marketing best practices within an organization.
