2- 5 years of Marketing experience in ATL and BTL marketing in any sector, preferably Real estate. Candidates should have hands-on experience on marketing launches and large activations, and proven marketing strategy execution capabilities.
Exposure to digital marketing is compulsory. Experience in running digital marketing campaigns is preferable.
The role will be extremely dynamic with wide exposure across functions and geographies. The job responsibilities will include the following:
Formulation of Marketing and Sales strategy for individual projects in collaboration with respective sales and marketing teams
Ensure the roll out of marketing plans for the projects across all marketing media including mass media and below the-line interventions
Formulation and implementation of effectiveness measures for Sales and Marketing campaigns. The person will be responsible for creation and maintenance of reporting mechanisms for projects across India
Standardization of Sales and Marketing processes across the customer lifecycle
Exploration of new Sales and marketing channels and help in setting up of these new channels
MBA in Marketing.
Experience managing complete 360 degree marketing channels
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
Experience in SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
Experience in handling marketing launches and activations
