Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Manage the sales of Polyethylene (PE) & Polypropylene (PP) in specific segments in the Region.
Identification, monitoring and management of key accounts in the region.
Plan and strategize positioning and sales for maximizing EBIDTA for HPL.
Analyze market trends, competition behaviour and translate the same into increase in sales volume within the region.
Ensure that Sales forecast in specific segments is coordinated with Product Management Group to adjust monthly and quarterly sales plan, rolling out sales plan to Agents and ensure that actual sales is as per monthly sales plan.
Support MIS and market intelligence to Product Groups for tactical strategies formulation to increase/ protect market share of HPL grades.
Marketing & Sales.
Understanding of market.
Understanding of channel structure and key distribution channels.
Planning and negotiating skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Competencies Required in Performing the Job:
Basic Knowledge of Polymers, good command over spoken & written language- preferably English, well versed with computer operations.
Demonstrated ability to develop sales/ marketing strategies and action plans relating to pricing, channels to market and new market developments.
Exposure to e-business activities.
Leadership, Getting results and added value focus, Adaptability and facilitating change, Communication skills, Teamwork attitude, Fictional competencies.
Education / Experience:
B.E. / B. Tech. (Polymer/ Plastics/ Petrochemicals) preferably with MBA in Marketing.
4-7 years of sales/ marketing of Polymer Products experience in Polymer Company.
