The job purpose of this role is to provide/conduct insightful information /market research for the business to enable the management to make appropriate business decisions and align business strategies to achieve organizational goal and stay competitive.
Develop quick understanding of the VR business environment, internal organization and ways of working.
Timely communicating with the business heads to understand the business objective.
Conducting market segmentation and competition analysis.
Building and executing research plans for products in all stages of the product life cycle and for need based analysis.
Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques &ndash Primary/secondary research or qualitative or quantitative research and so on.
Analyze primary and secondary data to input in high value business decisions
Devising survey design, moderator guides.
Overseeing the field work, need based.
Analyzing and interpreting gathered research data.
Drawing trends impacting the retail and shopping centres industry to build industry forecasts.
Present research findings to the Management team.
Deliver timely and high-quality research reports and findings.
Should be well versed with research methodology, analysis and interpretation of data.
Excellent working knowledge on MS-Office
Must be highly organized and able to manager multiple priorities in a calm and efficient manner
Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
An inquisitive mind and willingness to learn and think differently would be essential.
Post Graduate in Marketing with at least 02 years of in-depth understanding of market research.
