Roles & Responsibilities
The primary role is to spearhead all digital and performance marketing initiatives leading to demand generation and revenue growth.
The candidate should be proficient digital marketer and understands the fundamentals and how various digital channels like Displays, SEMs, Retargeting, Social, Emails, PNs, SEO could be used to drive acquisition and retention.
Needs to live and breathe data. If required, shouldn't mind getting his/her hands dirty to write SQL codes, analyze consumer cohorts, study conversion funnels and detail out consumer journey to identify next set of opportunities
The candidate should be able to map data to business needs and draw actionable insights to chalk out plans for pushing revenues and utilization in line with the planned new cities launch and fleet expansion.
Understands P&L and levers of profitability and hence constantly aim for driving efficiency and profitable consumer acquisition across all marketing channels and initiatives.
Partner with the team on quantitative and qualitative research that delivers actionable insights to drive growth and influence key marketing decisions.
Hands-on experience in terms of SEO, SEM/PPC, ASO, SMO, must have executed ATL & BTL branding campaigns.
Candidate is expected to track CPL, CAC and other marketing expenditure on daily basis.
