Key Responsibilities:
To sell delegate places across a number of events in the Cyber Management Alliance portfolio
Oversee and take ownership of the delegate sales process, including building and managing pipelines and reporting on all activities
Be responsible for the acquisition of new and repeat attendees to our market leading events
Ensuring that all leads and contacts are followed up in a timely and professional manner.
Creating a network to extend your reach and build your pipeline
To liaise effectively with all internal departments (sponsorship, production, marketing, registrations, operations)
Maintaining the company CRM system ensuring that contact information is accurate and relevant and recording all activity with regard to events are booked and confirmed.
Monitor, record and meet/ exceed KPIs

Key Skills Required:

Telesales and telemarketing experience; B2B and Cold/Warm Calling
Proven experience of working to and achieving targets
Able to demonstrate a high level of effective telephone sales activity
Flexible, able to work on multiple projects and perform under pressure
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong negotiation skills
Must thrive in a vibrant, fast-moving environment
Team player in addition to working on own initiative
High standard of interpersonal skills, professional confidence and tenacity
Good organisational and time management skills
Experience Required:
Demonstrable experience in B2B sales
Strong track record of being able to close effectively through telephone sales
Degree level educated
