TeamLease is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Demand Marketing Programs. We are looking for a proven client campaign manager and strategist who is creative, collaborative, and has a passion for demand marketing. We are looking for an innovative thinker with experience in developing integrated campaigns that attract new customers, cross-sell to existing customers, and progresses pipeline to deliver outstanding results. This role will specialize in developing holistic integrated marketing campaigns and programs across all relevant channels (events, digital, social, paid media, nurturing programs) and is someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and jump right in.
The Demand Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign strategy and activities that support our business objectives. Pipeline creation, along with generating new leads, is at the center of what we do. The candidate will apply analytics and insights to better profile and target prospects driving continual optimization to deliver higher quality responses and improve conversion rates all along the funnel. The candidate will work with our sales team, MIS Team, content, digital, social teams to develop an integrated strategy that engages the target audience and ensure the marketing objectives are strategically aligned across the buyers journey.
Work with sales and marketing leadership /team to translate business goals and objectives from marketing plans into actionable integrated campaign strategies that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue.
Set priorities in implementation and development of campaigns that support the business and program strategy/objectives, integrating the right mix of Demand Generation tactics.
Drive Sales offerings/solutions campaign.Act as owner for solution campaigns, working with the creative team to produce programs including but not limited to: New asset creation (white paper, brochure); digital marketing and advertising programs; email engagement, and coordinating with PR and digital team.
Work with the content, design and digital team to ensure world-class quality marketing materials are produced including web content, marketing campaign assets and offers, emails, ads, graphics, webinars, videos, etc.
Design, Develop and Deliver marketing campaigns/interventions, communication and programs for Top-100 Clients, Must-win Deals, Competitive Bids, and Client Win-back program
Develop and Deliver Account based Marketing solutions/program for Top-100 clients. Develop tailored marketing plans for the targeted client companies, taking an account ownership approach to guide strategy and build individualized plans for each
Deliver Thought Leadership Campaigns that leverage Teamleases research reports and publications to generate client interest and door-opening conversations
Develop strong & enduring relationship with Industry and Trade bodies for different Industry Segments and leverage that for demand generation through various initiatives like joint-event, participation in meetings & conferences and Database mailing
Plan & Deliver on client relationship building and networking programs including client connect sessions in varying formats
Define content strategy and behavior-based triggers using segmentation and customer lifecycle events
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely campaign delivery, execution, feedback and optimization.
Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas and innovative campaigns that attract new buyers through both digital and face to face channels.
Work to analyze and identify root cause and action plans to address program performance issues and drive continual improvement in campaign results.
Establish goals, plans and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives
Track, measure and report on the campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, working across regions to identify and analyze gaps and actions plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds.
Own business outcomes, including analyses, recommendations and influencing and collaborating on execution
Manage the overall creation and execution of campaigns on budget, on time and on target.
Communicate effectively on a regularly scheduled cadence to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Lead efforts for developing offering specific campaigns, collaterals and message house
Manage Success Metrics, Budgets and MIS/Reporting for these activities
Develops workable implementation plans including realistic estimates for costs, times and resources required.
Proactively scan the business environment/ other companies and look for Best Practices in the area of Demand Marketing that can be leveraged for TeamLeases Demand Marketing Program.

Supervises: May supervise professionals and/or teams, and contractors, as assigned
External Relationships: Vendors, suppliers, agencies
Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - MBA/PGDM - Marketing
Work Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of marketing experience
Industry Experience: Marcomm Function of a Large MNC IT company or Tier-1 or 2 Indian IT/ITES company and/or IT Product Company and/or Professional Services Company
Work Requirements: Travel nationally as required
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Understanding of TeamLeases overall business strategy
Understanding of strategic marketing and communications, especially in area of specialization demand marketing
Understanding and ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills to demand marketing
Global and local perspective and understanding of business marketplace and best practices in Demand Marketing
Experience in creating and executing strategies to drive demand through digital channels as well as events, nurture campaigns, sales plays, list building, tele-qualifying tactics.
Understanding of marketing metrics and funnel analytics to optimize existing campaigns as well as advise team on best strategies to drive demand.
A natural digital storyteller who understands what it takes to engage clients through multiple channels
Expertise in planning, executing and measuring paid media campaigns.
Detail-oriented, self-directed team player with a positive attitude.
Demonstrated expertise in database marketing and segmentation for email marketing and a deep understanding of database health and how to nurture responders and leads.
Apply comprehensive knowledge for area of specialization inside the organization
Project management skills
Understanding of budget management and financial reporting.
