The purpose of this role is to implement the Customer Marketing Strategy. The role entails developing in depth understanding of Categories and channels in which BEL operates and come out of insights. It will be incumbent to implement various retail centric marketing activities and provide suitable marketing and merchandising solutions for Channels (GT, MT, CSD). The role will entail driving relationship programs for our key customers across all channels in order to build long term partnerships and increase in profit and sales. Ability to operate and orchestrate seamlessly with following stakeholders will be critical for success in this role and of the function.
Internal Interactions (Within the Organization): 1. Brand Team 2. Trade Marketing 3. Product Team 4. Sales Team (GT,MT, CSD) 5. IT Team
External Interactions (Outside the Organization): Agencies / Firms for managing - 1. Retail surveys 2. BTL activations 3. Visibility Impact agencies 4. POSM management. 5.Key Accounts

6. Competition Tracking (BTL , Product, Pricing, Promotions,Placement)
7. Tracking P&L dynamics of Categories
8. Devising Programs (Post integration of above) to solve On ground Business Challenges
9. End to end Implementation of such Programs through Smart Project Management
