Roles & responsibilities:
Effective management of all the digital media publishers - Contracts, creatives, reports, invoices & payments
Complete ownership for end-to-end digital marketing programs and campaigns
Maintaining spend reports with all the dimensions channels, branding, performance & campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, Facebook, display advertising and email campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Optimize copy with landing pages for search engine marketing optimization
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Participate in marketing planning, budgeting, and campaign development discussions and contribute insights
Identifying best affiliates to work on sales campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience with E-commerce or Media agency is must
Fluent in negotiating with digital media publishers on deal breaking
Must have knowledge about online media creatives, Email designs, on-site creatives and special campaigns landing page designs
Understanding on animation banners, Flash file weight and deliverables
Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, Facebook, display advertising campaigns and email
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & Facebook campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
An understanding of HTML, CSS and the capabilities of web browsers is a big plus
A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user- centered design solutions
