Manage day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for Hyatts F&B Rewards Program in India
Conduct on-property operational training to ensure colleagues are educated on delivery of program guest experience
Plan and optimize offering strategies and business plans to meet/exceed program objectives
Interpret data and synthesize information into meaningful offer and initiative recommendations to optimize member engagement
Consult hotels on opportunities increase on-property recognition elements of program
Manage program budget and P&L
Partner with Digital Marketing team to create and execute social media strategy for awareness and acquisition
Hire, manager, and lead program team
Understand what drives Food and Beverage loyalty in India and develop marketing initiatives and outlet incentives to drive program acquisition and retention
Own strategic program partnerships (experiences, media, etc.)
Utilize data and results to engage regional senior management, Area Vice-Presidents and hotel teams and ensure they are educated on the value of program on their business and develop action plans with underperforming hotels to improve results
Identify best training method to educate those responsible for delivering program benefits and customer experience
Lead remoted based program Sales agents
