The Incumbent will be responsible for Managing All Sales Promotional Activities, ATL & BTL Marketing Plans, Public Relations, Data Mining, Industrial Expos & Seminars, Interaction with Research Institutions, etc to promote the Company’s Interests.
The responsibilities will also consist of Researching, Cold Calling, Prospecting, Pre-sales Activities and act as the Face of the company in all Publicity / Marketing activities, Post-sales follow-up with various clients, and develop long term associations with Key Customers / Influencers.
Candidate should be technically sound, with knowledge of Engineering & Manufacturing.
Excellent Communication & Computer skills, well-versed in PR.
Presentable & confident of independently interacting with Senior Management from Global Organizations.
The Job is based in Bangalore but involves extensive travelling to various locations as needed.
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Aeronautical/Automobile Engineering preferred).
2. Additional Qualifications in Marketing and Public Relations.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in the Sales Coordination, Public Relations, Business Development, Sales & Marketing of Precision Components, Engineering goods, Capital goods, Industrial Consumables.
Good Knowledge of Manufacturing, Engineering.
Must possess team building, motivation and team management attributes.
Must be able to meet targets and deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills, Computer skills, & presentation skills.
Responsible for Web Presence of the company, SEO activities, Web updation, Internet Marketing, Data mining, Web communication, etc.
Responsible for Preparation, Updation & Distribution of All Sales, Marketing & Event Collaterals in Physical and Electronic format.
Should have very good PR skills, networking skills.
Should have worked in a similar role for at least 5 years in a Good Engineering / Manufacturing company.
Knowledge of Additive Manufacturing / 3-D printing.
Ability to handle exhibitions, Seminars, and Joint promotional activities.
Presentable & well groomed.

1. Should be a long-term player, willing to grow with the organization over a period of time. Self-starter & self-driven.
2. Should have exemplary communication & presentation skills, capable of independent interaction with prospective / current clients.
