TeamLease is looking for a creative Graphic Designer and visualizer with experience in Web, print and electronic media. The person will be responsible for conceptualization and design of solutions from concept to completion that supports our brand while meeting our goals and objectives. The person should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. He/She should be able to integrate technical and visual solutions into the design concept. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the B2B industries. There will be an emphasis on creating a distinct and sophisticated look and feel for each deliverable with current UI / UX trends. It is strongly required to deliver innovative design using appropriate navigation systems, Information flow, typography, iconography, effective story boarding, and color theory.
We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer should be able to hit the ground running.
Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
Plans design concept by understanding the design & creative brief and studying information and materials.
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design;
Illustrates design concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Design and develop presentation material (including design, format, enhance PowerPoint presentation), multi-media presentation, sales collaterals (Brochure, Flyers, factsheets), info graphics, print material, website, microsites, landing pages, on-line banner ads, e-mailer and social media post
Use innovation to redefine a design brief & deliver on the design requirements within the constraints of cost and time
Would be required to work with a range of media, and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
Ensure design comply with corporate branding and communication guidelines
Reports to: Senior Manager/Manager Marketing
External Relationships: Vendors, suppliers, agencies
Education: Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Marketing or related discipline
Work Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of creative design & visualization experience
Industry Experience: Corp-Comm/Marcomm Function of a Large MNC IT company or Tier-1 or 2 Indian IT services company or professional services company and/or Creative/graphic designer role in Leading/Tier 1 or 2 Advertising Agencies, Digital Marketing Agency, PR agency and/or
Creative designers working with Media Houses/Business Dailies/Weekly and/or Freelancers with diverse portfolio of content work for B2B client
Key Design Skills: Experience with design Software- Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, In Design UI and UX skills, Web-designing
Extensive Experience with creating Mock-up, web-design and multi-media presentation
Visualizer and Creative Designing, Print Media Design, Web-design, mobile-app design, Social Media Graphic Designing, Info graphic designing, MS-PowerPoint design, formatting & enhancement
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and Java Script
Video Editing Skills
Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate in English is important
