Responsible to promote the identity of Brand in the market and Increase the visibility of Heritage & other brands of the company and its subsidiaries & JV companies. Promote the sales of Milk & Milk Products by extending support to the entire Sales & Distribution team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.

Core Responsibilities:

Plan, Execute & Promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
Promote the identity of Brand in the market and increase the visibility including social media.
Drive Brand metrics Identity deployment, Agreed Campaigns development and execution.
Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model.
Build and deploy effective marketing plan.
Study and analyze the new product and its opportunities.
Develop market intelligence.
Analyse and monitor competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Effective use of PR to build brand awareness.
Management of third party and agencies relationships.
Analyze market/sales trends and customer perceptions to devise future sales strategy for revenue
Extending support to the entire Sales & Distribution team in marketing activities including Parlour
Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.
Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.
Provide guidance in establishing and deploying service level agreements with various vendors and
various internal and external service providers.
Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.

Education/Certifications and Experience:
MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing Management from premium institute with good academic record.
15-18 years of Marketing, Product Branding experience with min.3-4 years experience at Head role.
Experience in Dairy/FMCG industries shall be preferred
