Job Description
1.Implementation of online customer acquisition and retention strategy (SEO/SEM/Digital Media)

2.Planning and executing Search Engine and Google Ads Campaigns

3.Manage relationships with SEO/SEM/GDN agencies to drive desirable outcome

4.Conceptualization and Implementation of Affiliate Program to drive online traffic

5.Co-ordination with internal teams to drive traffic to websites and ensuring branding guidelines adherence

6.Conceptualization and execution of Targeted online campaigns to retain customers and drive repeat visits/ purchases

7.Coordination with internal furniture product teams/ retail operations team/ offline marketing teams for planning and executing promotions on ecommerce business

8.Drive innovation in online customer acquisition and retention processes

9.Manage relationships with agencies and drive them for desirable performance

10.Driving customer lifetime value by identifying key means to build relationships with existing customers and encourage drive repeat purchase

11.Establishment /further development of an online customer database with their email addresses

12.Managing Call Centre Agency and Process for Online lead mgmt. and conversion

10. Online Customer Analytics ( Visits / and cost acquisition from all channels
( SEO/SEM/GDN/Affilaite/eMail)- CPC/CPL/CPA

Responsible for online traffic from all internet/ traditional channels

Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: Graduate/ Engineer
Preferred Qualification: MBA (Marketing)
Experience Details
Essential Experience: 5 years for Engineer & 7 years for graduate.
Preferred Experience: Retail/ Ecomm Industry with SEO/SEM/ Digital Media Buying Experience Experience in Multi-Channel Retail Environment
