He/she must be able to handle customers in Venue for real estate timeshare.
He/She should preferably have an experience in Timeshare
He/She should be dynamic and presentable.
Business Development through Venue & Direct Sales. Generating revenue through sales of real estate time share projects
Analyzing the customers domain buying motive once the customer walks into the Sales office.
Clarify the customers needs and then present a plan that represents their needs and requirements.
Explaining the customers the need and importance of real estate timeshare.
Submit monthly and weekly sales plan.
Managing any other assignment given by management from time to time.
Note: Any other responsibilities would be added given by the management time to time as per the business needs
