What will you do in Marketing Specialist - Education India & SEA role?

The Individual will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs for Elsevier Health in Trade Marketing and ESolution Marketing portfolio in India & South East Asia, including events management, collateral development, e-marketing, Customized campaigns & other Trade support activities. Working closely with Trade Head, Institution Sales team and Marketing Manager, SA & SEA to gain market share, build brand awareness, generate leads and achieve revenue objectives in all relevant segments/markets.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Marketing Campaigns for E Products
· Understanding, Planning and Aligning to the Eproduct Stratergy and conducting campaigns, promotions , activities , Market segementation to increase market share and support the sales targets

Marketing Campaigns with Channel Partners
· Work Closely with the Channels team and TradePartners to ensure awarness, enablement and support. Create and execute individiually customized scheme to support product sell through. Execute Pearls Scheme

Online Marketing
· Manage database collection, including data-input, lead collection and distribution
· Manage regulare online communication to the partners and the end users to create Awarness, Build platforms for engagement , campaign execution and measurement

Budget Management and ROI Reporting
· Measuring and Reporting activity based ROI
· Maintaining Customer wise Calendars to measure campaign impact
· Running and measuring Campaign for increasing Usage, Reatining customers and Engaging potential customers

Marketing operations
· Handle marketing invoicing and other administrative tasks
· Maintain files and history for collateral and other marketing projects.
· Other projects as assigned

Functional and Technical Competencies:

· 3-5 years of marketing experience, with broad experience with managing Marketing for Online Products and Engaging Trade/ Channel partners
· Strong communications and interpersonal skills - able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders independently
· Detailed oriented with strong project management and problem solving skills
· Fluent in English with strong writing skills

Desired Candidate Background : Qualifications and Candidate Attributes

• Degree or diploma in marketing or business with marketing background
• Familiarity with healthcare industry and /or terminology strongly desired
• Experience working in highly matrix and multi-national organization
• Agile, proactive and able to go above & beyond the call of duty
• Ability to travel to the countries within the region (up to 35% travel time)
