The role at requires you to live and breathe digital marketing in order to develop, implement, track and optimize campaigns across sites and products for multiple geographies primarily USA, UK and Canada.

The Digital Buyer will be responsible for working with clients/sites/publishers and internal departments to plan & buy traffic across multiple digital media (Social Media, Display, SEM, Email etc.)
Identifying the target audience for a particular media campaign and deciding how best to communicate to that audience
Devising strategies to drive online traffic based on the agreed upon goals for conversion and ROI
Plan, develop and manage digital campaigns to achieve cost efficient Customer Acquisition, Remarketing and ensure steady traction
Work closely with the creative, data analytics and tech team to ensure strong setting up and optimization of all user channels and flows
Create and maintain project plans to update internal stakeholders on budgeting, individual channel performance, optimisation, reporting and opportunities
Liaising and building relationships with clients and monitoring buying strategies
Negotiating the best rates and most appropriate media spaces online
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and execute experiments & conversion tests
Monitor and evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

What we are looking for :
Bachelor/Masters degree in the field of Marketing or Technology
1 - 3 years of work experience, of which at least 1 year involves hands-on experience in managing Google AdWords, DoubleClick, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Affiliate programmes
Excellent understanding of current online media planning/buying concepts, implementation, optimizations and other best practices in the evolving digital ecosystem
Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
Proficient in Google Analytics and MS Office
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Detail oriented and proficient at managing projects and able to multi-task, organize, prioritize and structure workload
A highly results oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter
Strong work ethic, the willingness to get your hands dirty, and get stuff done
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role in ecommerce companies is a plus
