Evolve a sales, marketing and product strategy to achieve the Top Line/Revenue targets.
Ensure the marketing strategy is deployed / implemented in an appropriate way and as per the budgets set.
Ensure sales efforts are made for wide reach to cover all potential customers in the current location and the other neighbouring states as well.
Regular field visits to improve the business.
Exploring new markets to increase the referral base.
Identify key potential doctors (based on specialty and their ability to contribute towards increasing referrals of patients).
Set a process for creating a data base of competent consultants (doctors) who can be future contacts.
Engaging with doctors in the city and developing good network for improving the business.
