Roles & Responsibilities

Managing & Development of Business
Translated marketing plans and strategies into effective operational tactics to be carried out by team members.
Maintained relations with the existing Customers and business growth.
Identified new Customers to sell the company's products in the region.
Developed periodic strategies, in coordination with macro plans of the organization.
Defined the value proposition to the market, customers and industry including service, price and product platform strategies.
Planned & scheduled individual/ team assignments to achieve the preset goals within time, quality & cost parameters.

Strategic Sales Planning
Developed and implemented local, national strategic sales strategies for Customers and large geographic areas.
Developed & implemented sales plans for different product lines to achieve desired sales numbers.
Devised short term and long-term goals.
Working as key stake holder with Product Development Teams / Business Development Teams to convert opportunity into business.

Key Account Management
Build relationship with key decision makers in customer organizations.
Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/finalization of deals(techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.

MIS
Preparation of monthly and yearly sales report and Sales forecast Report.
Collection Target Reports in accordance with Month wise.

Man Management
Leading sales team and deploy review management System to ensure that the targets and assignments are completed as per company goal.
Supporting for any kind of assistance required on product, application knowledge, aftersales service etc.
Budget Plan.
Conducting briefings and technical meetings.
Training the teams and guiding on how to improve their shortcoming in order to align with company goals.
