Responsible for managing an account and all its projects
Coordinate with Key Account Manager for the account assigned to achieve customer satisfaction
Responsible for establishing initial work plan and Project Manager staffing for each project Responsible for supervision of all project resources and all planning/administrative staff assigned to the Project to ensure it is on schedule and within budget.
Responsible to outline work plan to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority within the project.
Responsible to review status reports prepared by project manager or project lead and modify schedules or plans as required.
Responsible for preparation of project reports for presentation to management and management review
Responsible to confer with project managers to provide project management advice and to resolve problems.
Responsible to get the right resources assigned to project to solve issues in case the project team is not able to manage or resolve issues
Responsible for overall quality and management of the project.
Responsible for overseeing estimated budget and ensure financial accountability for the projects
Responsible for reviewing the risk mitigation plan prepared by the project manager.
Responsible to supervise project delivery and assess customer needs. Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
Customer satisfaction in the account For all projects within the account and for its quality, on time delivery and budgeted effort.
Making all effort to enhance business within the account in collaboration with KAM Achieving all financial goals for the account as per budget
Internal customers: Strategic Business Unit Heads, KAM, Sales, and Marketing
Customer satisfaction for all customers served by operations both internal and external
Ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability of projects in coordination with Strategic Business Unit heads
Handling all customer complaints and complements
Overall revenue recognition, overall gross margins for the projects and profit for the entire organization in operations
Research and Analysis required by the entire organization
Account winning pre-sales proposal creation, and answering RFI and RFP for our customer facing departments
Global vendors (content, Testing and domain related) services available for our projects at the most competitive rates at highest quality
Excellent project delivery on time, within budget and at high profitability in all services like Product implementation and customization, Content Services and Technology Services both from India and in USA
All activities of centers of Kolkata, Mumbai and other laces in India. Also, all development centers in USA
