Sales Strategy (customer and geography de-risking)

Grow sales for the US market by driving resources to attain sales and profitability targets in such a way so as to de-risk customer and geography concentration.
Increase NSR by focusing on product innovation & Execute various brand alliances for the International market.
Execute strategies to ensure maximum profitability (based on EBITDA, NSR, tonnage targets).
Study the size and characteristics of the market and assess the competitive, economic, social and political forces affecting growth or decline.
Oversee and execute sales & marketing infrastructure and processes to access and study all possible enquiries floated in the market.
Ensure proper visibility of Trident Limited within a the concerned market to increase brand recall.

Sales Planning and Execution

Planning and distribution of sales targets to the sales team.
Ensuring achievement of targeted MOM growth and YTD growth targets.
Responsible for the Commercial aspects of sales stocks, collections and overdues
Execute channel strategies and mix, manage the relationships with key channel partners to drive profitability and growth (maximize sales realizations)
Identify and appoint channel partners covered by Trident after benchmarking the same with other competitors in the area / territory / region / geography


Customer Management

Identify and manage a very select group of customers who are high value/ high growth customers for the business across markets, channels and products
Effectively manage business relationships with key customers to grow business
Hand over account management responsibilities to identified account /sales managers and hand hold them and provide necessary support
Attend to customer complaints, if any


People Development:

Build a strong team, attract and retain talent in the market
Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to direct reports
