Develop and execute account growth strategies with account core team members
Places client satisfaction at the highest priority. Respects and maintains client confidentiality and possesses and cultivates a positive attitude toward the client
Proactively identifies project risks and mitigates those risks through effective guidance, teaming and leadership
Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities
Handles difficult client situations and successfully leads them
Works in conjunction with Director of User Experience to create and communicate group direction and strategies throughout the company and through engagements
Demonstrates presence and authority in dealing with all organisational levels.
