Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact for Cipla Marketing and Business teams for digital management matters
Build strong, long-term relationships with Product Managers and maintain frequent contact
Set digital strategies for your assigned brands, therapies, marketing teams considering their specific requirements
Build, Manage and Grow Social Media strategy and handles with focus to increase patient awareness, education and adherence for required therapy areas.
Ensure a project management approach for all the initiatives with a key eye on finer details to ensure adherence to timelines and tracking achievements.
Good knowledge on Social Media channels like Facebook, twitter, YouTube, Instagram and newer channels in the space.
Good knowledge on how to build right content strategy and content formats for specific situations and objectives in the projects on Social Media.
Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
A strong understanding of Paid Digital Media and how to improve the efficiency on the digital media spends.
Address business queries effectively and in a timely manner
Optimize web content to increase Reach, Impressions on Web and Social.
Present social media strategies to clients
Report on Social and web performance metrics
Analyse Social and digital campaigns success
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirements
Proven work experience in Digital Marketing / Digital account manager
Hands on experience with Social Media Handles, Email Marketing and tools to leverage best potential from the same.
Strong Capability to understand business problems in the context of a media organization and use data to solve them.
In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team work and problem solving
Strong analytical skills.
