1. Business Development: - Will be responsible for the business development to include the following:-
Set, achieve and review targets for all Zones in terms of number of centres and number of seats in regards to enrollments.
Develop marketing strategies for business development within all Zones.
Identify Regions/ Territory within all Zones with scope for opening new centres.
Maintain data of parties interested in business partnership and ensure regular updating the same by call and personal visits.
Task and monitor the functioning of the ZMs & TMs towards business development.
Responsible for enrolments at Shanti Juniors Pre-school center, generating revenue through enrollments, royalty collection, meeting annual revenue & enrollment targets.
Arranging & monitoring key events like parent seminars, Training sessions, child workshops, ATL & BTL
Branding Enhancement, Brand Custodian, Launch & Operation of new pre-school
Operational maintenance, Process & Compliance, Event Planning & Execution, Launch of after school activities.

2. Support - Will be responsible to supervise the Support provided to the existing business partners in the Zone to include:-

Take regular feedback (at least once a quarter) directly from the business partners and prompt action to resolve any issues.
Develop marketing strategies to increase foot falls.
Review and check budget plans concerning marketing /advertising for all franchise centres in Zone.
Responsible for taking action to increase royalty from every centre.
Would be responsible to take an updation from Zonal Manager Support & Territory Manager Support for number of admission in a centre and updates on query handling on daily basis.
Would be responsible to take a feedback from Zonal Manager & Territory Manager Support regarding counselor recruitment & training.
Take regular feedback (at least once a week) from the business partners and prompt action to resolve any issues.
Based on number of centres operational in the Zone plan the visit.
Problems of Business Partners to be pursued with the Zonal/ Academic/ Commercial Head.
Will be responsible for 100% royalty collection from the respective centers either individually or via Zonal Manager & Territory Manager Support

3. Financial, Tax, Risk and Facilities Management Recommend yearly budget for approval of the Project Head and prudently manage organizations resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations.

4. Audit: - Will be responsible to ensure Audit of the Existing centres in the Zone. Will take regular feedback from the ZMs & TMs on the following aspects:-
Visits of Territory Manager Support to the centres.
Counselor recruitment and training.
Accounting of Royalty.
Collection of Royalty.
Development of Admissions in the centers for all the Zone
