About the Role:
The candidate is expected to forge relevant partnerships (both offline & online) with an aim to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers within the brand’s target group and co-brand with the right partners/segments
Strategize & design alliances/partnerships marketing program based on brand and business requirements to meet medium and long term goals
Understanding where our target consumers are and come up with creative ways of engaging the users and communicate the brand which breaks through the clutter in the traditional methods
Identify relevant partners (online & offline) and define business objectives to be met through them
Create promotional/event/co-branding based opportunities to generate awareness, traffic, and exposure for Teabox inclusive of various BTL activities
Manage end to end partner relationships from driving initial conversation, negotiation, contracting, tracking results with well-defined metrics. This would include driving key aspects of strategic initiatives across product, technology, sales, and marketing, both internally and externally for smooth implementation.
Build relationships, (both with partners and various internal teams) and maintain a strong influencer network to be leveraged across multiple marketing needs.
Create opportunities for long & short-term coalitions with various complementary categories.
Qualification & Skills:
MBA, with 4+ years of relevant experience. Experience in offline and online marketing/ consumer brands is preferred
Is able to differentiate the modalities of offline and online segments and strategize basis the same
Hustler, with a do-it attitude to execute a multitude of marketing initiatives across various platforms
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with a high degree of ownership and consumer obsession
Is self-motivated and can work in fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial DNA and possessing a constant itch to get things done
