Desired Profile:
1. Create and execute B2B marketing and communication strategies
2. Partner with the creative team, create sales/marketing tools (presentation materials, collateral, etc.) with appropriate messaging, talking points and graphics
3. Serve as a proactive communication conduit between sales, client relations, outcomes, and senior leaders
4. Effectively communicate the value proposition, sales strategies and best practices, business-specific objectives, markets served and expectations
5. Work cross-functionally to ensure that the strategies and programs are aligned
6. Use presentation software, interactive communication strategies, direct mail, e-mail, websites, social media, advertising, and other delivery platforms as appropriate
7. Develop, maintain systems and metrics that measure, track and ultimately optimize marketing campaign effectiveness
8. Evaluate results with inputs from the sales and account management team and make adjustments to marketing plans to ensure that targets were successfully met
9. Identify and monitor competition and research market conditions or changes in the industry that could affect marketing strategy and lead generations
10. Prepare documentation and conduct presentations to relevant audiences
11. Effectively work with 3rd party vendors for marketing activities such as branding, PR, web development
12. Define and execute social media and public relations strategy with leadership and PR agency
13. Prepare and execute plans for conferences/trade shows
