The marketing manager should:
* have atleast 4 year of marketing experience in B2B segment; knowledge of discrete manufacturing industry is desirable.
* define, own and execute the operational marketing campaigns for region/ product portfolio
* be proficient in marketing methods, techniques and concepts
* have digital marketing knowledge and exposure
* business driven & result oriented
* be an excellent communicator
* deliver effective presentations
* think creatively
* be proactive and able to take initiatives
* interlock with other internal departments such as sales and pre-sales
* be able to work in a team and be highly independent
* participate in trade shows and conferences
* liaise with agencies for marketing events
* prepare ROI evaluation of campaigns (quantity and quality)
* contribute to the enrichment of the database and adding all new contacts/accounts in EDST CRM
* be open to travel, meet industry associations, customers etc on need basis
* Marketing contribution to pipeline & revenue
* Increase in number of touchpoints within existing and potential customers
* Complete post campaign reports and analysis
Education: preferably engineering graduate with MBA.
