Job Description HEAD MARKETING TELECOM

The person will be responsible for positioning Sify Technologies as a key Telecom Service provider in the India + Global market .

Responsible for product positioning across market by adapting account based marketing.
Develop innovative marketing programs & tools to support growth of both new and mature product segments as well as customer base.
Strategizing, Developing & Implementing incentive scheme programs along with product team for sales and channels to drive revenue.
Develop value proposition story via case studies, customer testimonials, white papers, blogs, articles and promote it in an effective manner via channels like social media, PR, Print and other communication channel.
Maintain marketing budget and P&L.
Conceptualise develop & execute customer engagement marketing strategies for senior management and C level. (Round table, sponsorships, customised events, industry specific engagement etc)
Lead/funnel generation by conceptualising various campaigns and upsell / cross sell strategy.
Customer satisfaction survey and result analysis, devise campaign basis the analysis.
Digital marketing || Content marketing || media buying & its management.
Enhance brand visibility and strengthen brand position through integrated marketing
Manage market research programs for product roadmap, Product life cycle management and competition benchmarking.
Coordination with Partners and Vendors.
New product positioning and product launch, stitch GTM and content around it.
Positioning in major International events like PTC,ACC, Capacity etc.
Marketing support for the Europe market.
Rollout joint GTM programs with OEMs.
Coordinate with Regional BDMs and rollout specific programs and campaigns.
Coordinate with product team to devise strategy for product update and provide product intelligence


Key Skills Required: MBA in marketing, min 5 years of experience in telecom Product marketing, primarily B2B.The person should have a 360 degree experience in marketing on various elements like content, on ground, digital.
Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management skills and communication skills required.
