You have a successful track record of running campaigns across SEM, Display and paid social and a hands-on knowledge of different bidding and optimization methodologies.
In addition to Google Adwords and Facebook AdManager, you have a deep knowledge of GTM, GA and attribution modeling.
You live, breathe and own ROAS, CAC, LTV, QS, CVR, Ad Rank, Split Testing & Landing Page Optimization
You are driven by numbers and bring actionable insights to the table to grow traffic by integrating diverse data from multiple sources and communicate the same to the senior leadership team.
You have an innate curiosity to understand new products, the competitive landscape, target audiences they are built for and end marketing goals.
You have a deep understanding of different audiences and the importance of consumer trends in building a solid foundation for any campaign.
You have the ability to handle a monthly ad spend of $150K across multiple product categories while achieving performance goals
You can collaborate with the creative, tech, business development & data team to build effective products as per the market need and effectively map them to the target audience.

Your key responsibility is to achieve your teams periodic performance marketing goals at an optimal cost.
Lead performance marketing activities with direct responsibility for strategizing all aspects of digital campaigns: campaign conceptualisation, keyword/placement research, account structuring, Ad Rank improvisations, conversion funnel optimisation & Reporting.
Own user acquisition metrics to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals.
Optimize media buying decisions by using vast sources of data: Campaign Reports, Internal databases, Competitor analysis and market intelligence
Hire and manage a team of digital marketers who will build and execute performance marketing campaigns in-house for Paid Social and Search
Be at the forefront of latest Ad tech developments, Product research & market opportunities to diversify & scale the business.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any stream (PG/MBA preferred but not mandatory)
6 - 10 years experience in Performance marketing involving data analysis, funnel optimisation, methodological A/B testing and other channel strategies
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Adwords User Acquisition campaigns and Remarketing across Google Search and Display.
Experience in building, managing, and retaining teams of performance marketeers in a fast-paced digital environment.
Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certified.
