Plan and execute on monthly and quarterly plans to grow user base and manage marketing budgets
Acquire new customers to drive revenue and growth
Building channels (SEM, SEO, social media, display, affiliate, retargeting) to acquire new users and customers on both web and app.
Ideate conceptualize new marketing and communication ideas resulting in rapid customer acquisition
Responsible for marketing communication which is clutter breaking keeping in mind the brand identity. Being the custodian of the brand on the digital medium.
Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition- including responsibility for landing page, funnel optimization (working with revenue and product teams) to improve relevance and improve conversion rates.
Drive organic road-map to build a healthy mix of paid and organic acquisition.
Visualize and build the required analytics dashboards and insight tools (working with the engineering teams).
Manage a team effectively planning the growth metrics and driving them to effective implementation
Must have: Hands-on experience to 6 out of the below 10 channels is a must
- Email ; SMS marketing,
- Programmatic display,
- App marketing (affiliates, google, facebook, retargeting)
Seasoned digital marketing professional with hands-on experience of growing and running digital channels
Digital marketing experience of 4-6 years
Expertise in advanced analytics implementation, reporting and insights on a platform such as Google Analytics, amplitude, etc.
Expertise in building & developing teams-
Design thinking and product mindset
Ability to understand & appreciate the operational challenges of the business-
Willingness to work under demanding and highly performance driven work environment-
Ability to work with a cross-functional team across sales, product development, engineering and operations
Rapid experimentation, learn, change, scale
