Accountable for Sales, Marketing and Business Development across National and International markets. This role will be integral to driving results through sales, lead generation, and brand repositioning to achieve business targets
The role will liaise closely with the COO/MD to ensure the business targets are met.
Responsible for new account acquisition strategy development and execution for products. Also, conduct brand management activities to achieve Volume & Market Share. Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals Manage Sales & Marketing of National & International markets. Closely work with Sales team to improve on volumes as well as Market share. Consult with senior management to implement current, annual, and long-term business development objectives for the organization Study competition and generate business plans to achieve targets.Ensure profitability of the through Pricing strategies. Monitoring and improving on brand/product health parameters like Saliency, bonding and recommendation.Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
Manage the use of budgets .Talent Management .Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. Closely work with Product Development to ensure timely Launches.Lead all Mass Media & Digital campaigns Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
